Hello! With the unification of our districts this summer and the merging of Infinite Campus portals, much of our parent contact information reverted back to the information from several years ago. High school parents, please log into Infinite Campus as soon as you are able and check your phone number, email, mailing address, emergency contacts, etc. You are able to change your email and phone number in the campus portal, but if your address or anything else looks incorrect, please send suzsmith@pchs.dl.k12.mt.us the correct information. Make sure to let us know which child to apply the changes to. We are so sorry for the inconvenience!

The years we are missing are: 1925, 1926, 1928, 1933, 1934, 1936, 1943, 1944, 1969, 1971, 1976, 1992 and 1995. If you have an old PCHS yearbook laying around from these years that you don't want, send it our way! Thanks!

Hello parents and students! Tomorrow night (Tuesday, 12) from 3-5pm we will have back-to-school night for grades 10-12. You can come in and make schedule changes, meet with MT Tech reps about dual credit, pick-up WBL paperwork, get help with Final Forms, and pick-up your Chromebook.
At 5:30, we will have our Freshman Orientation BBQ. We would love for all freshman and families to attend. We will start by sharing a meal together and then I will do a presentation on what it looks like to come into your freshman year. You will also be able to meet your teachers, pick-up your Chromebook, change your schedule, and get help with Final Forms.
The final day for schedule changes in August 23rd, so please make sure you have a schedule that makes you happy.

Reminder that the mandatory Fall Sports Meeting is tonight at 6:30 in the gym! Any High School students interested in football, volleyball or cross country, make plans to be at this meeting with at least one parent!

Coaches and Teachers,
MHSA now requires AED training. Paul will do CPR, first aid, Narcan and finally AED training, August 8 at 6 o'clock at the Baptist Church. We will provide these trainings every August if you choose not to show up on the 8th you're on your own finding the required courses. I need a headcount for Paul. Please RSVP to me ASAP if you will attend these classes. Head coaches make sure that you touch base with your assistants.

Interested parties should submit their letter to the Superintendent’s office at 444 Montana Avenue, Deer Lodge, Montana 59722. Deadline for submission is Monday, June 10.
